The Guji Zone is synonymous with amazing coffees, and the cherries that are growing between 1900 and 2200 meters above sea level here that are processed by the Oromia Coffee Farmer’s Cooperative are simply stunning. Coffee is wet processed and fermented up to 48 hours, finally dried on raised beds to perfection. In this year’s lot we taste classic Uraga characteristics of watermelon, mixed berries, and rose petal.
